CRITICAL BALANCE: ESSENTIAL IN SMALL QUANTITIES, HARMFUL IN EXCESS (2010-11)
This site-specific installation was created as part of a 2011 solo show held at International Arts and Artists’ Hillyer Art Space in Washington, D.C. It was constructed by piling and dispersing several tons of raw salt crystals throughout the gallery and served as an examination of the history and significance of salt over time.
