a fascination with the potential of completely falling apart (2008-09)
This work was constructed by piling thousands of handmade ceramic forms. The pieces were delicately held together by friction and gravity. It was exhibited at the Art Museum of the Americas and in the lobby of the 1275 Penn office building, both in Washington, D.C. in 2009.
